BC Forest Practices Board 30th Anniversary Logo

Where the auditor finds that significant harm has occurred, or is beginning to occur, to persons or the environment as a result of one or many non-compliance events.

If it is determined that a significant breach has occurred, the auditor is required by the Forest Practices Board Regulation to immediately advise the Board, the party being audited, and the Minister of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations.

The Board conducts its work throughout British Columbia, and we respectfully acknowledge the territories of the many Indigenous Peoples who have lived on these lands since time immemorial.
