A Forest Practices Board investigation into a complaint about the forest practices of Meadow Creek Cedar Ltd. near Kootenay Lake found failures to comply with forestry legislation and unsound practices, according to the investigation report released today.
The Board conducts its work throughout British Columbia, and we respectfully acknowledge the territories of the many Indigenous Peoples who have lived on these lands since time immemorial.
